Our Story Begins in Davie, Florida
Ziadeh CPA was founded with a clear vision: to deliver relationship-driven accounting services to individuals, professionals, and small businesses throughout South Florida. What started as a local CPA practice has grown into a trusted firm known for high standards, personal attention, and practical solutions.

Abraham Ziadeh, CPA, CFE, CFF
Founder & Managing Shareholder
Abraham Ziadeh is a Florida Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of experience in both public and private accounting. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), bringing advanced expertise to matters of tax, accounting, and litigation support.
Education:
Master’s degree in Taxation from Nova Southeastern University (2008); Bachelor’s in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University (2003).
Memberships:
Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Leadership:
Managing Shareholder of Ziadeh CPA PA; Chief Financial Officer at Falcon Aerospace Inc. and Intelerit Holdings LLC.
